Furnished Large Double Room for Rent!

I am the home owner looking to rent out the large double room in my house. It's furnished which comes with a double bed, Chest of draws, TV with Virgin Media and 2 built in wardrobes. Currently it's myself, my daughter and Miley (dog) living here. Miley is very well behaved and very friendly!

The house benefits from being a 5 minute walk into town & to the bus station and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road. Salisbury is only a 10 minute journey away.

All Bills are included & You will also have access to the whole of the house as i want you to treat it as your own.

I am looking for someone who is easy to get along with and who will treat my house with respect.
