Most mod cons. 66mbps broadband, washing machine, freezer & microwave. TV licence but bring your own telly for your room. There is no tumble dryer, but a washing line and clothes airers.
Rent includes all utilities, council tax, use of bathroom, shower room, kitchen, patio.
We are a quiet household in a quiet neighbourhood. There's a cleaner to do the communal areas and your room if you like.
Strictly no aerosol sprays or air fresheners.
I'd definitely consider reduced rent for part-week lodging.
