Self Contained Annex

We have a one bedroom Annex available to rent for a year or more with immediate availability. Both previous tenants have stayed for a year or more. Preference would be a Monday to Friday let but would consider full week depending on circumstances.

The Annex is a well converted double garage and offers plenty of space with a double bedroom, a separate shower room and separate living/kitchen space. The Annex is part furnished including sofa, dining table, bed and bedroom furniture, kitchen units, cooker, fridge and washing machine. Wi fi is also available.

It has a wood burning stove or electric supply for heating and running water.

Unfortunately we cannot offer parking on our drive due to our working hours but there are spots in the village for parking which has never been a challenge for previous tenants.

If you like walking we are just off the Ridgeway, 4 miles from Shrivenham, 4 miles from GW hospital and 7 miles from Swindon, with good access to the M4.
