Flexible terms for part weekly stays. The current household is a good friendly environment and everyone is trustworthy.

Whole house is a non-smoking area, but there is an allocated shelter in the garden where smoking is allowed. Vaping is ok. One existing lodger is an occasional smoker. The existing lodgers and landlord get on well together and often share food, jokes, and stories! We share chores. Very friendly Neighbours. It would help if you have travelled a bit and are a working professional. Also if you appreciate good food, or if you like gardens and gardening, and some kind of Sport and Fitness.

Rent includes bills, off-road parking, WiFi, shared kitchen, bathroom with bath and new shower, living room and large garden. Pond and decking area bordering countryside. Real log fire in the living room. On a national cycle route with access to extensive off-road trails and country lanes close by.

Shared use of:
Washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, new cooker with 2 ovens, grill and hobs, microwave, lots fridge & freezer space, lots cupboard space, additional storage space.

One mile from Warminster with rail station link to Bath, Bristol, Salisbury and Southampton. Easy access to the road network in all directions.

Double room size: 4.7m x 3.0m
UK King size Bed: 5ft x 6.5ft

The cheaper double room (85) has a single bed or could have 2 single beds. Couples considered.

Mon to Fri let's or 7 days / week are fine. .

Can be viewed any time now but not available until 10th September.

Employers reference is required.

You must sign a lodger agreement and house rules.
