We are looking for an easy going lodger for our large (approx 50m squared), furnished, self-contained studio flat on the top floor of our 3 story house, overlooking the picturesque countryside.

Kitchen with microwave, mini oven and induction hob

En suite with toilet and shower

Electricity, water and council tax bills are included in the rent.

Parking is limited in our street but there is plenty of parking about 20m away if nothing is available

The house is situated in the quiet and friendly community of Box, with excellent facilities and a vibrant and creative local community, It has easy access to Bath, Corsham, Chippenham and Melksham.

We are an active and arty family of 4 (a couple with 2 kids aged 7and 11), a small, friendly dog, 2 young cats, and 2 guinea pigs.
