Beautiful attic room with en suite

I am looking to move to Bristol in the summer, and my house is going on the market imminently. I can offer a three month contract and then a rolling monthly contract up until the house is sold.
I am in Bradford-on-Avon usually two nights a week.
The room I have on offer is huge and has a spectacular view over the Avon valley. There is a luxury en suite bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a big wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk with chairs.
Downstairs there is a large shared lounge and a newly fitted kitchen dining room.
There is parking available.
The other lodger is in his mid–thirties and between us we keep the house spotless.
It really is a spectacularly beautiful house to live in.
