Available in picturesque Bradford on Avon, 12- min walking distance to train station for access to Bath, Trowbridge and Bristol, 3 mins to bus stop and 15 minutes by car to the University or Bath city centre, only 5 minutes’ walk from supermarkets, great restaurants, bars and cafes: large bedroom with view in a 3-bed house. Very quiet location. A friendly, but very busy working professional (teacher), mother to two adult girls (now living away), and who gets on well with young people lives at the property. It would particularly suit a mature student or young working professional who likes a clean and tidy house and who is ok with their own company as I am often away. Monday to Thursday is also an option too.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of 5 drawers, desk with chair, reading lamp and rug over stylish rustic oak-look flooring.

You won't need to bring anything as all crockery, pots & pans are supplied. A washing machine for laundry is also available to use.

The shared modern bathroom has a shower over the bath. There are two separate toilets in the property. One toilet can be for yourself.

If you are a cyclist, there is a shed for a bike should you need it and a Sunday cycling group nearby.

The buses run into Bath, passing nearby the uni and also go to other nearby towns. Bath Spa University, is situated about 15 minutes away by car or 50 minutes door to door on public transport - a car makes it much easier.

The doctor and dental surgeries, library, church and a community centre offering a wide variety of courses and activities are all a short distance from the house.

Beautiful walking/cycling countryside can be reached within moments and the Kennet canal and River Avon are also both close by.

There is on street parking available in view of the house.

Rent is inclusive of use of washing machine, TV licence & WiFi broadband.
