Available in beautiful Bradford on Avon, walking distance to train station for access to Bath and Bristol, 15 minutes by car to the university or Bath city centre : large bedroom in a 3-bed house with lovely view from window. Very quiet location. Also in the house is a friendly, very busy working professional (teacher), mother to two adult girls who are now living away, and who gets on well with young people. It would particularly suit a mature student or young working professional who likes a clean and tidy house. Monday to Thursday is an option too.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of 5 drawers, desk with chair, reading lamp and rug over stylish rustic oak-look flooring.

You won't need to bring anything as all crockery, pots & pans are supplied. A washing machine for laundry is also available to use.

The shared modern bathroom has a shower over the bath. There are two separate toilets in the property. One toilet can be for yourself, if preferred.

If you are a cyclist, there is a shed for a bike should you need it and a Sunday cycling group nearby.

The accommodation is located in picturesque Bradford on Avon, only 5 minutes’ walk from supermarkets, great restaurants, bars and cafes!

The train station is a 12 minute walk and it takes about the same time to arrive at Bath Spa train station. You can also go directly to Bristol or London.

Buses run into Bath, passing nearby the uni and also go to other nearby towns. The bus stop is only a short walk from the house.

Bath Spa University, is situated about 15 minutes away by car. It takes 50 minutes door to door on public transport but a car makes it much easier.

The doctor and dental surgeries, library, church and a community centre offering a wide variety of courses and activities are all a short distance from the house.

Beautiful walking/cycling countryside can be reached within moments and the Kennet canal and River Avon are also both close by.

There is on street parking available in view of the house.

Rent is inclusive of use of washing machine, TV licence & WiFi broadband.
