Large room in lovely location

My home is one of six apartments in an old house just outside the town. There are large gardens we all share and my neighbours are friendly people. My spare room is an attic. You would have almost exclusive use of a bathroom, and would share my large living room and modest sized but well equipped kitchen.

It’s a 20 minute walk to Bradford-on-Avon centre, 15 minutes to the bus to Bath and Trowbridge, and a Cooperative supermarket.

I’m looking for Someone who will like my gentle cat, and who would appreciate our lovely gardens. I am involved in many local activities and I sometimes have friends round, (Covid rules permitting) and my family often visit at the weekend. I go to bed early, and would want someone who is fairly quiet (not silent) after 10.30. So this is not suitable for someone who is a night owl and gets up late.

If you need to work from home, that would be from your room, not from the living room.
