Large room in lovely location

My home is one of six apartments in an old house about one mile north of Bradford on Avon. There are large gardens we all share and my neighbours are friendly people. My spare room is an attic room, 3.4mx 4m, plus storage space in the eaves. You would have almost exclusive use of my second bathroom , and would share my large living room and my modest-sized but well equipped kitchen. I expect lodgers to share my kitchen equipment as there is no spare storage in the kitchen for them. There is one empty cupboard for your use, and the room has many shelves.

I can offer a small fridge, but there would be room for a fridge in the room if you needed more fridge/freezer space.

I am very environmentally minded and my lodger must respect that, being willing to recycle everything possible and not be wasteful of food, packaging or energy. I am vegetarian, and would prefer someone who only occasionally cooks meat.

It’s a 25 minute walk to Bradford-on-Avon centre, 15 minutes to the bus stop for Bath and Trowbridge, and the Cooperative supermarket.

I’m looking for someone who will like my gentle cat, and be willing to care for her when I am away, which is quite often. I would like a person who would appreciate and enjoy using our lovely gardens. I am involved in many local activities and I sometimes have friends round, and my family sometimes visit at the weekend. I go to bed early, and would want someone who is fairly quiet (not silent) after 10.30. So this is not suitable for someone who is a night owl and gets up late.

If you need to work from home, that would be from your room, not from the living room. I would prefer someone who wasn't at home all day.
