Small double room available in large, welcoming family house. Perfect for a student living away from home or young professional moving to the area and needing somewhere to stay.

Our spare room is light and airy with blinds, radiator, two sets of drawers and hanging space too. You’ll have access to your own bathroom with a shower and bath, as well as your own dedicated workspace for studying/work. There’s a second lounge too so you can have your own space in the evenings too.

This is a large peaceful family home located in a very safe area. There’s outdoor storage for a bike if needed. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two lounges and a lovely leafy garden with patio furniture.

Meals can be provided. Bed linen and towels too. Central heating, electricity, council tax and broadband bills are all included.

Our eldest child has just gone off to University so we have a spare room suitable for a student or young professional. You'd be sharing the family home with us; a married couple and our younger son who is studying for his A-levels.

Ideally we’d like a student or young professional, female (under 25) to take the spare room. We’re a busy family; mostly out at school and work during the day and we’re sociable at weekends. It's a large house, so there's lots of room. You’re welcome to spend time by yourself or join us if you want company - we’re a friendly and easygoing family.

Our house is a 10 minute walk from the beautiful, historic town of Bradford on Avon where you’ll find lovely cafes, restaurants, shops and riverside walks. There are good bus links into Bath and the rest of Wiltshire and Somerset. There is also a train station - Bath is 10 minutes by train and Bristol 30 minutes so perfect for nearby Universities.
