Room to let off the Winsley Road, near a bus stop

I have one, maybe two rooms to let in my new house.
I work during the week in the mornings. Outside of work, at home, I like to read, garden and cook. I also like to go out walking and cycling.

I am looking to help a student or person that would struggle to find a room in this expensive area so they appreciate my offer. In return for a low rent; all I ask is to be peaceful and relaxed. With the ability to have a good conversation; as well maybe sharing the chores, cooking and cleaning. If you like gardening, it will be a plus, as there is a lot to do outside.

One unfurnished room is being used for storage; yet this can be quickly emptied. The other room has a bed; yet I can soon buy extra furniture that you would like in your room.

The house does need some refurbishments; yet they will not effect your ability to live here.
