The cottage also has a 0.5 acre enclosed garden surrounded by wildlife. South facing with sun all day.
You'll have the property to yourself majority of the time as I'm currently living in Bristol. However, I visit Bath some weekends with my Labrador, Bailey and girlfriend.
Bailey gets on well with everyone and female dogs.
There are many enjoyable walks from the house with immediate access to fields & woodlands. Several pubs, restaurants, farm shops, golf courses within walking distance. You can also walk into Monkton Farleigh and Bradford-On-Avon.
Plenty of private car parking space at the front of the property and bus stop next to the property to various towns nearby, including Bath.
