Also an opportunity to share the £1300 rent on a 2 bed in Batheaston by end of month, with me there only occasionally with my 6 year old so, as it is near his school for easier contact.

There are 2 other rooms that me 44 and my son 6 would occasionally use when visiting his 'old house' or when I do property maintenance, but I'm mainly looking to spend time with him and work at moving to a new property that I've seen near his school in Batheaston and want to make an offer on it asap, which is why looking to renting out the rooms as soon as I can for after the New Year.
