A light and airy furnished double room overlooking a quiet garden, located on an upmarket residential estate. The room includes a bed, desk with swivel chair, a coffee tables, large double wardrobe, laptop riser and additional small furnishings. One guest WC downstairs (with bathroom cabinet and shoe rack); the shower is shared in the owner’s main bathroom upstairs.

The garden includes a lockable shed with space for one bicycle (shared with the owner). EV charging points, woodland walks, nature trails, a gym and a recreational park are all within walking distance. The train station (main routes) is a 15-minute walk, with a bus stop at the entrance of the estate. Excellent road access to Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge and London (M4). Cycling to Bath via the canal towpath takes approx. 40–50 minutes depending on pace.

I am a live-in owner with a large dog, so dog lovers are essential. I work long hours and value a calm, quiet, respectful home. Kitchen use is included, with washing machine, dishwasher, professional coffee machine and full kitchen equipment. Fast broadband and designated off-road parking are available. A well-equipped home office may be used when I’m not working from home.

I am looking for a female, single professional who is neat, tidy, private and independent. This home is not suitable for couples, visitors, or room sharing. Mature post-graduate students (Masters/PhD) may be considered if they meet the criteria.
