The one room available comes with a peaceful garden view and trees out the back. It can be furnished or unfurnished to suit various options with furniture available (photo just an example); a double bed could fit but only space for a desk would remain with limited storage space under the bed.

New bathroom and kitchen fitted. Lovely dinning room space with garden view. Well planted garden filled with lavender smells - no maintenance required. Peaceful and quiet neighbour hood with bird noises to match. Shared living room - just moved in so still furnishing it. Outdoor covered deck so can eat outside in the rain. Lovely neighbours.

As the landlord, I am normally away 5-6 days at a time so you would have the house to yourself pretty much. Open to lodger having the main, double bedroom for more.

Side entrance with storage for bikes and other outdoor storage. Easy walk to train station for Bath, Bristol or similar places for commute. Bus stop within 300m as well. On street parking.

Council tax and all standing charges included. Only 50% contribution on gas, electricity and water (approx £90 a month) required.

If a partner stays more than 2 nights a week, a surcharge of 150 p/month applies.
