Double room - Mon-Fri only: quiet, executive house

Detached executive house in picturesque Bradford-on-Avon with private parking. Peaceful location yet close to town center, local shops, bus stop and railway station. There are good train services to Bristol, London and Cardiff. Just a 15 minute drive into Bath with easy access to M4.

The room is light and airy with a view overlooking the garden, with a shared kitchen. The bathroom is situated next to the bedroom and you would mostly have this to yourself.

The kitchen/dinning room is hi speck with granite worktops, range cooker and American-style fridge freezer with filtered water and ice on tap.

I am looking for a quiet and considerate flatmate(as I am a light sleeper), who is clean and tidy about the house. All bills are included except for a small contribution towards the cost of a cleaner.

The room would suit a professional non-smoker looking for a Monday to Friday let.
I hope to find a friendly and easy going lodger who might like to have an occasional chat or watch a DVD together? I am also happy for you to keep yourself to yourself if that is what you prefer.
