We have a moderately large single room. There is a clothes cupboard and a chest of drawer, bedside cabinet and 2 large under bed storage drawers..
Shared use of upstairs bathroom with shower. Full use of family kitchen , dining room & lounge, and utilities included.
We live on a quiet green and there is a bus service nearby directly into Bath City Centre, or the train station , a short walk away also directly into Bath.
We have two adorable cats, who we spoil constantly, so you must like Cats
It is a happy relaxed and friendly home , so we are looking for someone who is relaxed and laid back. and will become part of our family home.
You will have access to all the family areas, and we hope you will feel very welcome here.
This let would suit a female student at the University of Bath, or single female professional working in or around the Bath area.
