The garden surrounds house so a great deal of privacy to sit out in summer. Off street parking as house down a long drive.
Great views and plenty of walks so good for someone who likes nature. Very quiet but easy to walk/bike into Salisbury or to hospital. Very quiet as not near the road.
A car is required - would not be suitable for someone who does not have own transport.
No couples or pets. Outside storage space for bicycle etc.
ROOM 2:
Very large room at top of house -lots of light. There is an outer room that could be used as office or sitting room, ensuite bathroom. Very private as has its own stairs.
