Price for all rooms includes all bills, utilities (use of washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc) and the use of a large kitchen with dining table.

Couples welcome but will be charged �150 per room.

Communal areas will be cleaned at least twice a week.

Our current tenants are professtionals, all very friendly but keep themselves to themselves.

Plenty of parking space available, strictly no smoking indoors but we have provided an outdoor smoking area where, in the summer, is also a lovely space to have barbeques - it's a real sun trap!

We are looking to fill our 3 other rooms, all very spacious doubles, if not triple size.

Furnishing can be provided upon discussion.
