Charming thatched cottage in the heart of the village set in a pretty garden. No smokers inside the property but I have no objection to smoking in the garden. Light double room upstairs with double aspect windows, large chest of drawers and clothes hanging space, underbed storage, fridge & kettle in room, own loo and shower room downstairs. Use of kitchen and washing machine. Relaxed household. Off street parking, no large vans. Pub 2mins walk with outside eating area, bus stop 1min walk-15mins to Marlborough town. The ancient Savernake forest is close by for lovely walks. Petrol station and 24/7 shop 10mins walk from cottage. 15mins drive to Great Bedwyn Railway Station for access to Newbury, Reading and London or 20mins drive via Pewsey Railway Station. Working away from property preferred.
