Double room to rent in shared house

I am looking for an honest, trustworthy professional, in full-time employment. I have a double room to rent in an end terrace 2 bedroom house in a quiet area of Calne, Wiltshire. This room has a large built-in wardrobe. This room is available to rent from the 1st of October...maybe earlier depending.

The house is fully furnished. The room is partially furnished with a bed and mattress but can be emptied if needed. Shared bathroom. There is private off-road parking.

Must be animal friendly as I have an indoor cat.

I am asking for £550 pcm. This includes all bills and wifi. The security deposit will be £500 paid upfront along with the first month's rent. Preferably no smokers/vapers, but can be discussed if need be.

The house is located within a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Plenty of country walks, and the country cycle path from Calne to Chippenham is right on our doorstep.
