Double Room, Single Occupancy

A double room, single occupancy only, has become available in a friendly, quiet house set back from the road.
The room comprises of a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of draws, built in wardrobe and desk. It has the added benefit of total privacy courtesy of the leafy tree near the front of the house.
There is a shared bathroom.

Downstairs is a large shared kitchen with a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cutlery, crockery, and all cooking utensils are provided.

Broadband is available free of charge.

Dog lover is essential, as landlord has 2 dogs and does dog minding in the week.
