Furnished with a double divan bed, bedside tables, 2 chests of drawers, chair and 2 built-in wardrobes (1 double, 1 single)

Ground floor sitting room with recliner sofa, dining table, storage, own fridge/freezer
Direct access to the garden
Occasional landlord access to storage cupboards
🍽️ Kitchen & Facilities:
Shared kitchen/diner with cupboard space, air fryer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave
Use of washing machine and tumble dryer
Driveway parking for 1 car
Central heating, solar panels, and air conditioning
High speed internet.
🧹 Housekeeping: We don’t employ a cleaner, so lodgers are expected to:
Keep their own spaces clean
Clean up after using the kitchen
