I have a spare double room in my house available to a working person. It is located just off the A4 in Calne, close to Chippenham, the 55 Bus route and easy access the M4.

The bedroom will include a bed, linen, towels and chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables.

All bills (subject to fair usage), including council tax, are included in the price.

You will have access to the whole house including the living room with a large Smart TV including Amazon/Netflix/Disney+), a treadmill for light workouts, kitchen with washing machine, a garden and bathroom.

There is 900mb WiFi included.

A cleaner will visit regularly to keep the house clean.

Smoking is permitted outside, vaping is okay inside.

The person I am looking for is ideally quiet, tidy and considerate. Parties & visitor's won't be allowed..

I am away from the house a lot, and will only be back every so often. This means you will basically have a whole house to yourself for the price of a room.

This will be on a short-term basis, as the house is being put up for sale. You will be given week's notice if renting by the week. or 1 month's notice if renting by the month.

You will also need to allow estate agents to enter the property for viewings to take place.

The price is £500pcm for a monthly or £140pw for a weekly rental, payable in advance.

A £500 deposit and proof of employment is required.
