The room has a new bed and mattress, 2 bedside tables, a large chest of draws and a chair. There is a built in wardrobe just outside the room on the landing.

The bathroom is to be shared with my son - he is very clean and tidy! The bathroom has been newly refurbished.

The kitchen/diner is to be shared with me and my son - not that we do a lot of cooking! You are also welcome to use the garden.

Also included is exclusive use of a lounge which can be completely shut off from the rest of the house. The room has a large TV and we have Sky, Netflix and Prime.

There is parking outside on a private drive.

I own the property and live here with my 21 year old son who is very quiet and spends most of his time in his room when not working. We have 2 small very friendly dogs.
