I live in a 3 bedroom house

The house is on a quiet street with plenty of parking space on the road.
I have no problems with smokers, however it would have to be outside.
All bills included.
Central Heating throughout.
Spacious Garden for BBQ's etc
Room is furnished with a single bed, but if you have a double it would fit fine. Has a bedside table and chest of drawers. Also has a sofa.
Looking for a professional person, who is clean and tidy and that will respect the home.
Everyone works in the household and one person also studies alongside.
