The property has parking for 3 cars on the driveway & there is also on street parking, there is a secure bike shed in the back garden.

We provide a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could need. There is a communal area with dining room table and chairs and a sofa with a 43 inch TV. There is Virgin TV with lots of channels.

All rooms come fully furnished with: beds, mattresses, wardrobes, drawers, bedside table, desks, 32 inch Smart TV, lamps, USB sockets, WIFI connection in the rooms, pictures and dressed beautifully.

We are looking for professional tenants who will respect the house and the neighbors and treat the house as if it were your own.

A deposit is required for all rooms, which will be held in a deposit protection scheme.

In addition to the deposit you will be required to pay your first month’s rent upfront.
