The house is renovated to a high and modern spec.
Shared with myself (homeowner / landlord). I am a professional female, and occasionally I'm required to work away on business. I’m looking for a professional, clean and tidy tenant.
Rent is £700.00 per calendar month, paid at the beginning of each month. Deposit is £700.00.
Bills are included, under normal usage conditions. Small contribution towards consumable items (e. g. Dishwasher tablets, bin bags, etc).
