Hello,
My name is Josh and I have one bedroom available in my 3 bedroom property, I am a live-in Landlord and as such hope you will find this property to be your home as well as mine, this property is easily commutable to alot of locations, I hope to see you soon.
Bedroom - £525 furnished - (2.9m x 3.7m)
This large windowed bedroom is located at the back of the property with views over the garden, I do find it a lovely room for morning sun rises, but is provided with Blackout curtains for the late risers...
This room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, side table and wash basket as most are shown in the pictures, the room may be changing layout before your arrival, but discussions can be held in person.
Lounge;
The main lounge of the house comes with all furnishings, I find it comfortable and social with two sofas as shown in the photo, TV is now on the wall. There is also a hidden cupboard which I have a shoe rack located in.
Main Bathroom;
The only item I note on here is the rainforest shower, this is a personal favourite item in the house and really is special, bathroom will be shared with Alex and I would prefer it to be both of your problems to keep it clean, I will be assisting in cleaning if necessary.
Kitchen;
In the kitchen I have purchased a double electric oven and had a gas hob fitted as I believe this is the best way to cook practically, but am open to opinions, along side this is a large Fridge Freezer which has plenty of storage for all of us, further to this I have installed a washing machine and tumble drier for washing convenience. All tenants will get their own shelves space.
Outside space;
As you will see in the pictures, the garden is aiming to be self sustainable, include a patio, raised beds, greenhouse, shed and grassed area, Therefore meaning that this summer will have lots of space to utilise and enjoy in the garden, alongside the back of the house, I have a front garden which has a two seater wooden garden bench on, as such I find it a nice space to enjoy morning coffee before work. Both are lovely sun spots!!
The Finer Details;
Alongside all of the above, I hope you will find the below of interest and please note that i aim to make this house as social and welcoming as possible, so all feedback is appreciated.
The house comes with two parking spaces, but is located in a quiet estate with four visitor parking bays out front, so I dont think it will ever be an issue.
Alongside the bills being included, I will also be providing household supplies (Toilet roll, Kitchen Roll, Tea, Coffee, Milk...) I do believe it will make everything easier for all parties but happy to not do this is people would rather get their own items.
The property is located a 15 minute walk from town and personally I find it a calm and friendly neighbourhood, I am looking for another professional tenant to join my house continuing the friendly and fun living experience for all!
