The house is within 15 minutes’ walk of Chippenham town centre and its train station, with easy road access out to neighbouring towns, including Bath (8 miles away). If you work in Swindon, Bath or Bristol the train will zip you there in 20, 15 or 30 minutes respectively – great if you want the city life but without the city prices!

The property and the entire house is fitted out with fire doors and fire alarms for your safety, with each bedroom room having its own lock to ensure your privacy is maintained.

We also provide a regular cleaning service for the shared areas and a have a maintenance company to keep everything shipshape, who also maintain the garden .

The room advertise on this listing is the en-suite room so you will have exclusive use of your own bathroom. In addition to this the house also has two bathrooms so the others in the house will only share with a maximum of two other people. Plenty of hot water is delivered on demand from the powerful boiler in the garage, you should never have a cold shower.

There is a holding deposit of 1 weeks rent to secure the room, this will be held for 7 days whilst we process your application. This will be refunded against your first months rent.
