Double room available in a new build house with your own private bathroom, off road parking, weekly professional cleaning, fibre optic broadband and shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and living room (with 55” 4K TV). All bills included.

The room: has a 45” tv with fire stick, a small double bed (with new memory foam mattress), a double wardrobe, large storage cupboard and a small desk (not pictured).

I am looking for a friendly and clean professional to share my three bed house with. I am the only other occupant, along with my friendly Bernese Mountain Dog - Fifi. My ideal tenant would be nice (happy for you to either want to socialise or do your own thing), clean, respectful and a dog lover!

The house is situated perfectly - 20 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes drive from the motorway junction, and about 30 seconds walk into the beautiful forest across the road!

As your potential housemate, I’m a 27 year old female, a young professional, I split my time 50/50 between commuting and working from home. I’m friendly, have a busy social life and try to keep the house clean and tidy. Fifi (the dog) loves cuddles and play, so it is essential that you would see this as a bonus!
