I have recently renovated this gorgeous house in central Chippenham. I am moving back to London, therefore full use of the living space will be all yours for the majority of the time. I may be back on occasions, however I plan to be in London pretty much full-time.

A sunny, double room is available and broadband is included. Other bills (council tax, energy, water) come to approximately £120 per person, per month.

The downstairs is large and open plan, including a newly-fitted kitchen, dining area and living room, plus a conservatory and cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, a study which you are welcome to use, and a beautiful new bathroom. There is also a sizeable garden to enjoy.

The house is location about a 7/8 minute walk to the train station, 15 minutes into town and about an 8 minute drive to the motorway.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful to the property and to neighbours, and who doesn't mind myself or a friend/family member staying on occasion.
