I'm looking for a new housemate in my furnished house 9 mins walk to Chippenham station and 15 minutes to town centre.

First floor of three floor house, furnished.

Wifi, Council tax and Water bills included. Electricity and Gas to be split between tenants, with bedroom 2 paying 25% of G&E.
For example the bill for November and December was around £35 for each month but this changes throughout the year.

Recently redecorated, 3 floor house with kitchen and open plan living/dining room and garden+covered patio. Newly renovated bathroom to be shared between two tenants. Netflix, Disney + and PS4 available to tenants in living room. I'm a young professional live in landlord. This is a social but respectful house.

Lockable shed available for bicycle. There is not a parking space available at the property but there is visitor parking around the estate.

Minimum 6 month contract with 1 month notice.
