Room to rent.

I'm looking for a new housemate in my furnished house 9 mins walk to Chippenham station and 15 minutes to town centre.

The bedroom is a double and next to the bathroom mostly to be used by tenant and any guests at this time. The bedroom has a Juliet balcony and is on the second floor of three floor house, furnished.

Wifi, Council tax and Water bills included. Electricity and Gas with the tenant paying 30% of G&E.
For example the bill for November and December was around £35 for each month but this changes throughout the year.

House info:

3 floor, modern property with kitchen and open plan living/dining room and garden+covered patio area. Netflix, Disney, + and PS4 available to tenants in living room. I'm a young professional live in landlord.

I am a shift worker and looking for a likeminded individual to come and live with me, in a social but respectful household. Looking to have someone that would like to have dinner/ a drink together every once in a while.

Lockable shed available for bicycle. There is one parking space available at the property.

Minimum 6 month contract with 1 month notice. Short term lets considered.
