A 2.5 room shared house with me the landlord.
The room is a medium sized double room which is carpeted.
You will have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom as if it’s your own.
I can provide the bed-frame, mattress and wardrobe.
You will have full use of all amenities in the kitchen, living room and garden.
Situated about 15 to 20 minute walk to Chippenham train station and easy access to the M4.
Supermarket is nearby (walkable) and nearby fields and the town parks.
I’m looking for another female to rent to, who will treat the house with care and respect.
Well behaved pets are considered but not cats I’m afraid.
Reasonable bills are considered in the rental price.
I’m looking to rent to another female as I don’t feel comfortable renting to a male.
There are no facilities to work from home other than the bedroom or kitchen. Should you need to WFH this will be reflected via additional utility bills.
