Charming Historic Room for Rent

I am a young professional, have been in academia all my life until recently. I recently bought my dream cottage and found that my large double-bedroom was not being used, hence why I would like to rent it to a likeminded person, outgoing and sociable. I am looking for a housemate that will keep the property clean and respect its historical presence with care, given its age of 400 years. The room’s floor space is the length of the house, the carpets and radiator were upgraded. My cottage is situated on a historical street with lots of posh neighbors (I’m sure you’ll love that), furthermore, it’s roughly 10 minutes from the train station. I am a very communal person and am happy to share everything, including my logs for the wood burner during the harsh winter in Chippenham (don’t worry, you won’t freeze to death). I travel once a week to London for business, but mainly work from home. I enjoy cooking for people as well, so yes, you should consider yourself lucky :) I very much look forward to meeting you in person. SO
