Retired couple supplementing pensions to travel.

We have a quiet house on an estate 5 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins from the town centre by the railway with triple glazing so noise is not a problem.
Car parking nearby.

The room available is a small double next to a bathroom that we use occasionally for a bath and to dry washing. It is furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair and beside table. It has a view of the garden.
Use of washing machine available.
We are mostly at home when not travelling and can offer a cooked meal in the evenings for £14. We eat well for health, grass fed meat and mostly organic vegetables and fruit. Able to do vegetarian if required. Happy to discuss options.

We have two friendly cats that don't come upstairs over night. They do go out and sometimes bring home 'presents'!
We would appreciate someone who is happy to love them and do cat sitting for when we are away travelling and we can negotiate terms for this.

No smoking or vapouring.
