Double room, parking, short walk to train station

Welcome to my three bedroom house, of which the top room is available for rent. This is classed as live in landlord but I am there only once per week and only for a short time. When I am there, my dog (friendly Labrador) will also be there, again only for a few hours per week.
The house is located only a short walk from Hathaway retail park and Chippenham train station.
You'll have a parking space, nearly sole use of family bathroom and shared living room/kitchen as well as the decked/astro turf back garden.
There is a cleaner who comes fortnightly and is included in the bills with gas, electricity, water and broadband. This is a council tax band G, and the uplift from single person discount is not included.
Ideally looking for a clean and tidy professional, who's quite happy being in the house on their own (I won't be there)
