It's a peaceful location looking over the fields, close to the train station and also the river and countryside.

Considerate and thoughtful adult female welcome.

Not suitable for noisy gamers or nocturnal people. No smoking or vaping anywhere in house or garden.

I have a friendly dog who lives downstairs.

The garden is a bit wild to encourage insects and birds but there could be space for gardeners.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, balcony and garden.

Rent includes bills so eco-friendly people preferred.
