Bills covered (Gas & Electricity. No landline)
Must keep room and house generally clean i. e vacuum regularly, clean bathroom after use & gardening. After use kitchen clean utensils, cooker, oven, broom and mop.
Student and professional people welcome.
Can provide either one double bed or two single beds.
WiFi available but will charge extra £5 for each person.
