Furnished double bedroom with a big walk-in wardrobe is available from 01/10/2023, although a slightly earlier or later start may be considered for the right person.
The flat is located on the first floor of a communal building with decent neighbours (all but one are families) in a quiet residential area. Ample parking on the road or in the residents' only courtyard.
There is a locked storage outbuilding to store a bicycle etc.
Recent renovation took place in 2022-2023 and was comprehensive, with brand new floors, ceilings, piping, central heating system and so on. Nearly all of the bathroom and kitchen appliances are brand new.
You would be replacing me (currently a live-in landlord) and joining a 21-year old male tenant, who has been here a year already.
Once chosen, we will go over the contract and settle on a minimum/max term that works for you. Minimum 3 month term and no set maximum, though 12-month recommended. Ideally looking for someone to make this place their home long-term and look after it. If you're that person I'm happy to keep renewing the contract at the same prices.
Reference from current employer required.
All bills included, including council tax, service charges and fast broadband. Electric and gas fully paid for up to a total yearly usage of 12,000kWh. This is equivalent to high electric use and keeping the flat heated at around 18.5 degrees between October - May, 24 hours a day.
Smoking inside the flat and big pets are the only non-negotiables. Open to couples at £750/month.
