The flat is located on the first floor of a communal building with decent neighbours (all but one are families) in a quiet residential area. Ample parking on the road or in the residents' only courtyard.

There is a locked storage outbuilding to store a bicycle etc.

Recent renovation took place in 2022-2023 and was comprehensive, with brand new floors, ceilings, piping, central heating system and so on. Nearly all of the bathroom and kitchen appliances are brand new.

You would be joining a 22 year old male tenant who would also likely be moving out in October.

Smoking inside the flat and big pets are the only non-negotiables.
