House share in Patterdown, Chippenham

Hi, I’m looking to rent a room out in my lovely house in Chippenham.
It is a new build house in the new Redcliff development, with close rail links and good access to shops.
There are lots of country walks from
This development and it is a quiet neighbourhood.
My job commitments mean I work away a lot so I only stay home 2-3 days a week.
So you would have the house to yourself for large parts of the week.
I am looking for a housemate, either a short term lease or long term.
Someone who is clean and tidy is a must.

I also have a young Labrador, who is incredibly friendly, and Poppy will welcome you into the house with her usual charm.

There are 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the appliances that you will require.
There is also a long drive for 2 cars to park off street.
