I have a bright and welcoming double room available, perfect for a postgraduate student or young professional. WiFi, Sky TV, Netflix.

* Furnished: Includes a comfortable SINGLE ottoman bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This still leaves you space to move around, for example for exercise.

* Private Bathroom: Enjoy the convenience of your own dedicated bathroom.

* Shared Living Spaces: Access to a spacious living/dining room and garden, ideal for relaxing or socialising. These are two separate rooms with a TV each, so if our tastes in TV don't match you can watch separately.

* Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your meals with ease in my shared modern kitchen. You'd be welcome to use all equipment and are welcome to bring some of your own too.

* Location: Situated on the western side of Chippenham in a quite cul-de-sac within walking distance of Chippenham train station. Perfect for commuters! You are welcome to bring a bicycle if you prefer to cycle to the station.

* Quiet and Friendly Household: You will be sharing with a friendly female homeowner, ensuring a peaceful and respectful living environment.

* Apologies to everyone else, but I prefer biologically female applicants to ensure everyone is comfortable and can be relax at home, as I am a female owner.

You are welcome to bring your own bicycle if you wish to cycle to the station.
