Our house is a four-bedroom detached house, situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with a reasonably large private garden at the rear of the house. We have a double-drive in front of our double-garage, a double parking bay right opposite the house – with more road parking adjacent to us.
We have one bedroom ready to rent from May 1st 2025 The large single bedroom comes with a single bed and furniture. There is WiFi broadband connection which can be used plus a "used" TV.
We have our own en suite bathroom ― so the main bathroom is shared with one other. We also have a downstairs toilet with an additional washstand which can also be used if and when necessary.
There is access to, and use of, the kitchen and utility room. This would include use of the washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge if required. Access to the garden is available.
The house has a non-smoking policy ― but garden or garage can be used for this purpose.
We are 5 miles from the M4 with a regular rail link to Bath, Bristol, Swindon and London. The Chippenham to Bath bus service is just a 5 min walk away ― which also services the centre of town.
There is also a Sainsbury’s Store, Tesco Garage, Lidl, Aldi and a Co-Op shop within a short distance.
All utility bills are included in the price and we request a continuous one-month-in-advance payment covering a one month's notice free of charge. NO HOME WORKING.
