Unfurnished single room available in a detached property in the much sought after location of Monkton Park, Chippenham. The location is very quiet and peaceful.

I am happy to furnish if requested.

There is a riverside view to the front of the property with access to the cycle track on the same street. The train station and the centre of Chippenham are within easy walking distance as are pleasant walks along the river Avon. The bus stop to town is directly opposite.

All bills are included including council tax (Band E).

The room has keycode access for security. I can change this if preferred. I will install new carpet and or flooring before occupancy.

It would suit someone who likes easy access to the outdoors and/or peace and quiet. Also paddle boarders :)

FYI, I live alone but my girlfriend also lives in Chippenham.
