Looking for replacment tenant

I'm looking for someone to take over my part of the rent for a two-bed flat I'm moving out of. The flat is located just off Chippenham High Street—super close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet spot, so you won’t hear much street noise.
You’ll be getting a small double room, which comes unfurnished, and you'll be sharing the flat with my current flatmate, who's easygoing and tidy. The flat itself is cosy and functional—ideal for someone looking for a calm, affordable setup.
The room will be available from May, and it’ll take about 2 weeks to get it ready for move-in. The tenancy runs until September 2025, so it's perfect if you're looking for something short-term.
