Gorgeous Central Double, Mon to Fri also an option

I'm selling so this is a short term arrangement, room available from now for a couple of weeks, possibly more, TBC asap.

The room has a super king bed, two windows, an original Victorian fireplace and is quite large in size.

It takes me 4 mins fast walking to get to the rail station, back entrance.

I am a friendly, light hearted and warm person but I am a Monica about certain things, having totally renovated for 18 months and lovingly decorated and furnished this house.

No work-from-home people please as I do like to have private time during the day to do my life admin when not working.

For Mon to Fri we could do £160 per week.

You're welcome to use all kitchen stuff, space for your food etc. I will remove all personal effects from the room, especially for a full time person of course.

I do expect you to be clean and tidy, non smoking, hygienic etc. Considerate of: others, security, utilities and happy to go along with house rules.

WiFi included, however I don't have a TV licence.
