Initially (3-6 months) sharing with me (58) live-in landlord, and my son (22). If things work out, there is the option to stay for 5+ years, with me probably moving out early 2026 so you would be sharing with just one other person.

Household bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, water/wastewater, broadband, and council tax).

My ideal lodger: quiet and respectful, likes to keep things clean and tidy; pays rent on time; remembers to put the right bins out; a non-smoker who likes gardening!

If you're a couple wanting to share, an additional 20% rent is payable. That will also be reflected in the deposit.
