Double room in a quiet house available.

I have a large double room with walk in wardrobe, desk and a queen sized bed with mattress available for rent. I’m a live in landlord but I work 4 days a week with early starts so you’ll have the living room to yourself some evenings!
The bathroom has recently been renovated as has the front hall and living room.
Fast internet is included and obviously you’ll have access to all cooking and cleaning facilities like the washer and dryer, pots pans cooker, air fryer and dishwasher.
It’s on road parking only, the house is about 5 minutes walk for the train station and 30 seconds from the local Aldi/Tescos. I’ve selected female as a preference for a lodger as I just find it easier to share my space with females, I’m in a very happy long distance relationship so nothing dodgy is going on!
This is my first time renting out a spare bedroom so if I’ve overlooked something then please just ask!
