On the hunt for a lovely female vegetarian house mate!

The house is in Chippenham and walking distance from the train station about 8 min/0.4 miles walk. Town centre, sainsbury local etc are very near to this flat. I'm current flatmate living in another room and looking for someone to look after the house as if it was their own, and to make the house their home. All bills are included (including Sky & council, Gas, electricity, water etc). There is private garage parking as well. Also, fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge, washing and microwave. One huge Bathroom comes with a fitted bathtub and storage shared with me only. There is tv and sofa in shared living hall. Property is having fully glazed window and functional radiators.
I am looking for someone who is friendly, chatty and who wants to be part of the house not just ‘rent a room’.
