A bright, comfortable double room available in my modern home on the Hilltop View development in Chippenham, ideal for a professional or contractor looking for a welcoming home-from-home during the working week.
The room is available for 3 or 4 nights per week. If only 3 nights are required the rent will be £400/month. 4 nights is 480/month
You would be sharing the house with just me, so it is a relaxed alternative to a busy house share.
The room is a good-sized furnished double, and you would have use of the living room, kitchen and garden. There is also off-road parking on the driveway.
The main bathroom would effectively be yours most of the time as I have my own ensuite and only occasionally use the main bathroom.
Location
Hilltop View is a modern development in Chippenham. A small retail park and large Sainsbury’s are around a 10-minute walk away, and Chippenham town centre is approximately 1.5 miles away. There is also a bus service into the town centre.
This would particularly suit someone who is working in Chippenham or the surrounding area during the week and returns home at weekends. I would prefer someone who goes out to work rather than somebody who is home during the day.
I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who would like a comfortable and peaceful place to stay during their working week. I’m very easy-going and keen to create a calm, relaxed atmosphere where we can both enjoy our own space. The room is available from 20th September onwards. Please feel free to ask any questions.
