The flat has a new kitchen with dining area. The room will be fully furnished with a small double bed, bills are also included. There is wifi, sky tv and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for ease of shared use. There is no allocated parking however there are many laybys within the street, the flat is far enough away from the main road that the only people using the spaces are those that live in the surrounding flats. No pictures if room as being redecorated and new carpet laid.

The other housemate is an older professional male who works nights. He would prefer a tidy respectable professional from 30+ but will consider all applicants.
